Refund Policy
This policy explains the position for the current website. It does not replace the payment and cancellation terms agreed for a specific project.

No online purchase
This website does not accept payments or allow a service contract to be formed online. An enquiry is not an order and does not create an obligation to pay.
Project agreements
Development work is bespoke. Fees, deposits, milestones, cancellation rights, deliverables and any refund arrangements must be stated in the written project agreement before work begins. If a term is not in that agreement, it has not been agreed.
Consumer rights
If a project is supplied to a consumer, statutory cancellation and refund rights may apply. Elvaron will provide the required pre-contract information and any applicable cancellation notice before a consumer contract is made. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights.
