Who is responsible for your data

Important: Elvaron’s legal entity name and postal business address have not yet been supplied for publication. Add them here before enabling a live enquiry service or entering contracts online.

Data we may collect

We may collect only the details needed to respond: name, email address, company, enquiry topic, project requirements and budget range. Please do not include special-category or sensitive personal data in an enquiry. Unfinished project forms are saved in your browser only if you choose that option.

Why we use data

When a live enquiry process is enabled, we will use this information to respond to your request, discuss potential work and take steps requested by you before entering a contract. The lawful basis will be taking steps towards a contract at your request where that applies, or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. We will not use an enquiry to send marketing unless a separate lawful basis allows it.

Sharing and international transfers

Forms are delivered only when Elvaron configures a secure server-side delivery service. Before an email provider, CRM or other processor is enabled, this policy must identify that provider, explain its role and disclose any relevant international transfers and safeguards.

Retention

When enabled, unsuccessful enquiries should be deleted within 12 months unless a longer period is needed for legal claims, accounting or another legal obligation. Project records may be retained for the period stated in the relevant project agreement. This retention schedule must be reviewed before the form goes live.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve your concern.

Changes

We will update this policy before introducing a new use of personal data, a form processor, analytics, advertising technology or third-party embeds.
